Sports Uniform Bond
A Sports bond has been introduced to help with the return of the sports uniform. It is to be paid in addition to the sports fee and it is completely refundable if the uniform is:
a) returned by the specified time and
b) in good condition and
c) there are no other outstanding sports fees due (in which case the bond will go towards the outstanding fees).
The bond is not intended to deter students from playing, but it is there to help with the replacement of uniforms that every year do not get handed back.
There are two levels of bond:
(Bond A) $30 – for those students who get given a shirt and/or shorts and/or socks
(Bond B) an additional $30 for those students who get a TGS tracksuit and/or blazer and tie and/or bag

So how does it actually work for 2013?
Pay $30 (Bond A) /plus $30 (Bond B) once you are confirmed in a TGS sports team (to the Finance Office) and take the 'Bond Sheet' with you (this will be provided as soon as the teams are confirmed).
Hand the form, signed by Finance, to Mrs Fitzsimmons in the uniform shop to collect the uniform and…
… Enjoy your season, then….
At the end of the season, return the complete uniform to the uniform shop within the time specified (for winter sports, this is the end of Term 3. For summer sports, as soon as the competition has finished), with the bond sheet. Then approach the finance office for a refund. If you have other outstanding sports fees, please note that the bond money will then be credited to cover those accounts.
