Students enrolled in the Special Education department have ORRS funding and require a very high level of support. The department caters for the needs of physically disabled and able-bodied students within a multi-disciplinary team of specialist teachers, teacher-aides and therapists including a speech therapist, occupational therapist and physiotherapist. Some students attend mainstream lessons whilst others are taught a differentiated curriculum within the Special Education Department. All students have an Individual Education Plan (IEP) which is reviewed twice yearly in consultation with parents.
